OPTOMAN のウルトラファーストレーザーミラーは、超短パルスに対して高い反射率と高いLIDTを提供しつつ、時間的特性を保持するよう設計されています。指定波長範囲で群遅延分散(GDD)を最小化することで、分散による時間的広がりやパルス圧縮の悪影響に対抗します。
低GDDと高反射率の組合せは、精密に設計されたIBSコーティングで実現されており、機械的摩耗、湿度、温度変動に対して完全に耐性があります。そのため、どんな運用条件下でも信頼できるレーザー性能を確保します。Yb:YAG、Yb:KGW、Yb:KYW、Ybドープファイバ、Ti:Sapphireレーザーならびにそれらの2次・3次・4次高調波を含むシステムに適しています。用途には材料加工、分光、非線形光学、バイオメディカル技術が含まれます。
