TF & VX

Fuji Ideck's vacuum windows are made by their one and only technology which never be subject to heat effect. The windewos were developed by collaboration with Japan Atomic Energy Agency (JAEA) for the purpose of the ITER (International Thermonuclear Experimental Reactor) use.

Ultrahigh Vacuum Window - TF series

Features

No Head Effect

You can get clear transimission without any deflection and any scattering. This is achieved by the special sealing technology which never uses heat in the assembly process.

Perfect Uniform Coating

We mount windows on flanges at room temperature after coating windows. This method realizes a perfect uniform coating.

Pressure Resisting Structure

Windows never come off even at counter pressure.

No Magnetic and No Radiative

You can use our windows in magnetic and radiation environment because we don't use any kovar materials which are high magnetic and high radiative.

No Zn Soldering

We promise that your vacuum chamber will be kept clean because we never use Zn which can vaporize in high pressure environment.

Wide Slection of Window Material

CaF2, MgF2, ZnSe, Ge, Si, LiF, quart, crystalline quartz, sapphire, BK7, lead glass, KRS-5, etc.

★Wedge, concave-convex lens options are available.

Features

Big Effective Diameter φ440 mm

We can offer greater than φ440 mm. Besides, you can use our windows at counter pressure.

Super-high Surface Acuuracy

About 90% of effective area, surface accuracy is pretty high. λ/20 (λ= 633 nm) is feasible. Please contact us for further details.

Re-polishable / Replaceable Window Materials

you can save money by re-polishing and replacing windows only.

Bakable Despite Big Diameter

VX series can correct the difference of thermal expantion. This feature allows you to bake big diameter of VX. But sometimes you need some forced cooling structure.
